- After you click "Join via Browser", you will enter in your name and email and see a video preview. If you see the "spinning rings" icons and notice the "Join" button isn't clickable yet, click on the spinning rings to reveal options for audio and video. Once these are selected, the Join button should work.
- Try a different browser, like Firefox.
- Watch the class using the Private Live Stream.
